Print Process

Our flexo printing service allows for full-colour printing on your gloss-laminated gift bags. Our pricing structure is typically based on 50% ink coverage on both sides of the bag. However, we also offer the option for 100% ink coverage and the ability to print on both sides of the gusset, providing you with more customisation possibilities. To provide you with an accurate price quote for your gloss-laminated gift bags, we kindly request that you share your artwork with us.

If you don’t have artwork ready, there’s no need to worry. We are pleased to offer a complimentary simple artwork service to assist you.

One advantage of our printing process is that it does not require any printing plates, streamlining the production and reducing costs.

Lead Time, Payment and Delivery

Once payment is received and you approve the visual artwork, our standard lead times for production are 2/3 weeks. Rest assured that your order will be processed and printed in the UK. Throughout the entire process, we will keep you informed and provide updates from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience.

While we strive to meet the agreed-upon delivery date, there are instances where the delivery may arrive earlier than expected. However, it’s important to note that during busier periods, particularly in December, printing may take longer. If you require your printed bags sooner, we offer an express service category with shorter lead times. Please explore this option if time is of the essence.

We are pleased to offer free delivery to one UK mainland address as part of our service. However, it’s important to note that this excludes the Scottish Highlands, Ireland, and specific postal codes. For further details on delivery options and availability in these areas, please reach out to our office, and our team will provide you with the necessary information.

Artwork required

To ensure the best print quality for your logo, we typically require the artwork in the correct format, such as a vector file (.eps, vector PDF, or Illustrator .ai file). These formats are highly suitable for high-quality printing as they are scalable vectors.

In case you don’t have a vector format of your logo, there’s no need to worry. You can simply send us the artwork you have, and our team of expert designers will gladly convert it into a vector format. Please be aware that a small charge may apply for this conversion service.

If you don’t have any artwork available, we are more than happy to assist you by creating a simple artwork design free of charge.

Rest assured, our goal is to ensure that your logo is accurately represented and printed with the highest quality possible.

Please note that printing plates are charged only once for your initial order. Subsequent orders of the same design and bag size will not incur plate charges as we save your plates. It’s important to consider that the number of colours in your logo or design will determine the number of printing plates required, and there is an associated cost for each plate.
